Christopher Gabriel leads the labor, employment and municipal practice group at CFWWG, and has more than 15 years of experience in that legal practice. He has served as the solicitor for several Pennsylvania Counties and municipalities and as special labor counsel to numerous other government entities and private companies across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has experience in both state and federal court as well as many administrative agencies involved with government and/or labor and employment law including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board and others. He is a member of the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania and is a frequent speaker at their programs training elected officials and solicitors about labor and employment law. He has extensive experience in mediation and arbitration.
